Contract: Temporary, 84 hours/week, 12 hours/day, 2:2 rotation (2 weeks on and 2 weeks off)

A day in the life of a Campboss:

• Lead the catering team, ensuring compliance with safety and legislative procedures
• Plan menus, purchase provisions, and manage stock to reduce waste
• Oversee food production and service, ensuring quality, taste, and presentation meet company standards
• Chair internal safety and operational meetings and participate in client meetings
• Maintain hygiene standards and manage cleaning schedules
• Prepare reports: food safety updates, stock counts, kiosk sales, and meeting minutes.

You’ll be set up for success if you have:

• Valid offshore certificates (Bosiet, Ca-Ebs, MIST, OGUK Medical, BSN Number)
• Professional cook training and experience as a Campboss
• Offshore catering experience or similar
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to thrive in a busy environment with multiple priorities
• Passion for food quality and presentation.
