A day in the life of a Campboss:
- Lead the catering team, ensuring compliance with safety and legislative procedures
- Plan menus, purchase provisions, and manage stock to reduce waste
- Oversee food production and service, ensuring quality, taste, and presentation meet company standards
- Chair internal safety and operational meetings and participate in client meetings
- Maintain hygiene standards and manage cleaning schedules
- Prepare reports: food safety updates, stock counts, kiosk sales, and meeting minutes
You’ll be set up for success if you have:
- Valid offshore certificates
- Professional cook training and experience as a Campboss
- Offshore catering experience or similar
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to thrive in a busy environment with multiple priorities
- Passion for food quality and presentation
