What you’ll do:

• Prepare and cook meals to set menus, ensuring quality and consistency
• Work alongside a team of chefs and enhanced inmates to deliver three daily meals
• Supervise and assist inmates in food preparation
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and complete due diligence paperwork
• Be a team player and handle challenges professionally

What we’re looking for:

• Previous cheffing experience
• Ability to pass full security vetting and DBS checks
• Must have lived in the UK for the past 5 years and have the legal right to work
