Location: Fallowfield, Manchester M14 6BL
Working hours: (Part Time – 30 Hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 3.00pm, Term time only, 36 weeks per annum.
Contract Type: Temporary Contract from 1st September till 19th December 2025 with the possibility of moving to a permanent role from January 2026.
Hourly Rate/Salary: £13.50 per hour
Aramark UK are currently recruiting a Chef de Partie to join our team.
You will be responsible for working collaboratively with the teams regarding food production management to ensure minimal wastage, maintenance of food levels, food quality, and brand standards.

To be eligible for this role, due to the sector requirements: you must have a minimum of 1 years’ experience in similar role, be a UK resident and have the legal right to work in the UK and be able to pass an Enhanced DBS check.
Parking is available on site and public transport is easily accessible from the site.

- This is a Part-time position, annual salary of £16,144.92/£13.50 per hour, 30 hours per week, 36 weeks per year (Monday to Friday). Shifts would be 9.00am to 3.00pm daily, leaving your evenings free - a rarity when you work within culinary/hospitality.

A day in the life of a Chef de Partie:
- Reporting to the Head Chef, working with the teams regarding food production management to ensure minimal wastage, maintenance of food levels, food quality and brand standards.
- Preparing food for education dining facilities and hospitality events.
- Assisting the Executive Chef and Head Chef with post-analysis and ensuring all shift opening and closing checklists are completed.
- Learning procedures and standards for all kitchen tasks.
- Undertaking relevant training as required.
You will be set up for success if you have:
- Relevant culinary qualification.
- Previous experience of working in a kitchen.
- Certificate in food safety (or willing to obtain via our online e-learning).
- Excellent team player and communicator.
- DBS and security checks required.
