We are currently recruiting for a Food Service Assistant to be a part of our integral team at HMS Oakhill, Milton Keynes, MK5 6AH

What you'll be doing

• ⦁    Required to be flexible according to business requirements. The daily focus may vary, however it is expected that activities will typically include the following:
  ⦁    Prepare and serve food and beverages 
  ⦁    Food handling and basic food preparation
  ⦁    Setting up counters and cleaning all areas front and back of house
  ⦁    Restocking items and stock rotation
  ⦁    Operating the till and cash handling
  ⦁    General cleaning of front and back of house
  ⦁    Sweeping/Mopping and general house keeping to ensure areas are cleaned to a high standard at all times.
  ⦁    Preparation of any other public facing areas as required
  ⦁    Undertake relevant training as required of all aspects of the role, including working towards your Food Hygiene Level 2 and Health and Safety Level 2 qualifications.

Experience

⦁    Previous food service experience is essential
⦁    Friendly, polite and motivated
⦁    Level 2 food hygiene certificate or willing to obtain via our online e-learning portal
⦁    Must have lived in the UK for 5 or more years in order to pass security checks 
⦁    Reliable and flexible to shift patterns
