What you'll be doing

• · Taking orders & serving Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner.
• · Bar duties, preparing & serving drinks to customers, Stock rotation, possible stock checks when required.
• · Take payment for food services and keep financial records as required.
• · Cash handling, cashing up of till required.
• · Restock goods and ensure appropriate displays of merchandise.
• · Clean crockery and cutlery using equipment when required.
• · Clean and tidy counter, preparation & cleaning of public areas.
• · General cleaning duties including dusting, polishing, vacuum cleaning, preparing, and cleaning tables as appropriate.
• · Ensure that all cleaning equipment/materials are maintained in a safe, clean, and efficient working condition.
• · Any additional tasks detailed by the First Line/ Mess Manager.

• · 5 days out of 7
• · Weekend work will be required.
• · Start times from 06:00am
• · Shifts ending 11:30pm

Experience

• A DBS check will be required to complete the application process
• Experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be given.
