Title:  L1 Operations Manager II

Job Description

Aramark UK are recruiting for a General Manager to be based full time on site at RAF Lossiemouth, Scotland, IV31 6NG. This is role accountable for the delivery of catering, retail, waste and cleaning services reporting to the Regional Operations Director.

Our ideal candidate will local to the site and be operating at a mid-management level in retail, leisure and contract catering.

MOD Security Clearance will be required to be successful in this role.

Job Responsibilities

• all aspects of the business area commercial and financial performance
• executing operational delivery to agreed plans company standards
• delivering an exceptional service to our client and customers and positioning Aramark as a strategic partner
• identifying and executing ideas and projects to improve the client, customer and team experience
• managing and leading multi-site teams to achieve great results
• delivering contractual requirements and ensuring adherence to the company’s contractual responsibilities and internal quality procedures including all safety requirements, management reporting, development, budget, forecasting and financial control

Key Requirements

• Operating at mid-level manager level or equivalent in retail, leisure, contract catering or hospitality business
• Managing a P&L
• Strong stakeholder management experience and the ability to manage cross functional relationships in a matrix environment
• Leading a team to success whilst managing and supporting change
• Managing in a result driven environment with proven commercial experience
• Delivering exceptional customer and client service
