Title:  Team Leader

Aramark UK has an opportunity for an experienced Team Leaders to support the operations in our brand-new cafe situated within a prestigious retail space, Oxford Street, London. We’re looking for a passionate Team Leaders with a strong focus on elevating customer service standards,  creating an exceptional experience while inspiring and leading your team effectively. Key Responsibilities
•    Supporting operational management and financial performance of the site.
•    Ensure waste management processes are in place.
•    Champion excellent customer service and effectively implement all customer communication tools in order to build sales.
•    Support implementation of schemes including new products, planograms, procedures, and menu specifications, ensuring they adhere to Aramark guidelines and brand standards
•    Ensure strict compliance with Aramark Hygiene and Safety requirements
•    Lead the team performance to meet KPIs

What We’re Looking For
•    Operational experience at management level within the catering/hospitality industry
•    A people manager able to drive and deliver the highest standards never accepting the unacceptable
•    The ability to drive projects at pace, with exceptional attention to detail and flair
•    Professionalism and the ability to present and report on relevant business information
•    Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
