Aramark UK is on the lookout for a Reward Analyst to play a key role in shaping our compensation and benefits strategy. Working closely with our Head of Reward UK, you’ll ensure our pay structures are competitive, fair and aligned with our business goals.
You’ll provide in-depth analysis, benchmarking and insights to drive our reward strategy as well as support pay reviews, job evaluations and benefits programs to keep us ahead of the curve. You will also ensure data accuracy and compliance while contributing to key reward projects.

A day in the life of a Reward Analyst:

Drive data insights: support benchmarking, pay reviews and reward strategy with expert analysis

Lead benefits platform rollout: ensure smooth implementation, adoption and continuous improvements

Ensure fair pay: conduct job evaluations and grading to maintain transparency and equity

Stay ahead of the market: manage salary benchmarking and work with external providers for up-to-date insights

Support pay & bonus cycles: assist in annual reviews and incentive planning with key reports

Ensure compliance: keep policies aligned with employment laws and market trends

Shape reward policies: develop clear, structured policies with strong governance

Analyse pay gaps: compile reports on gender pay and equal pay audits, offering key recommendations

Advise stakeholders: provide expert guidance to HR and business leaders on compensation and benefits

Enhance employee experience: contribute to reward projects, recognition programs, and benefits improvement
You’ll be set up for success if you have:
- Experience in a reward, compensation or HR analytics role
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with large data sets from multiple sources
- Attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and compliance
- Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with stakeholders
- A proactive mindset, willing to challenge the status quo and simplify processes
