Marketing Manager – Government Services
This is a high-impact opportunity to lead the retail marketing strategy across Aramark UK’s Government Services division, covering Defence, Judicial, and wider Government sectors.
As Marketing Manager, you’ll shape and deliver a dynamic retail vision - driving innovation, pricing strategy, compliance, and customer engagement across a diverse estate.
From developing creative campaigns and managing digital content to ensuring operational excellence and supporting new site mobilisations, this role offers variety, visibility, and the chance to make a real difference.
You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and act as a brand ambassador, influencing strategy and delivering meaningful impact across the business.

A day in the life of Marketing Manager:
- Lead and deliver the retail marketing strategy across Aramark UK’s Government Services division
- Drive innovation, compliance, and customer engagement across Defence, Judicial, and wider Government sectors
- Develop and execute retail strategy and vision
- Manage pricing strategies, compliance, and promotional campaigns
- Collaborate with site teams and central functions to deliver impactful retail experiences
- Support mobilisation of new contracts and outlets
You’ll be set up for success if you have:
- 3–4 years’ experience in a retail marketing or retail management role
- Experience in retail pricing strategies and compliance frameworks
- Strong understanding of customer experience and retail trends
- Degree in marketing, business, or related field (CIM qualification desirable)
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
- Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel
