Title:  Italian Specialty Chef

We are looking for an Italian Speciality Chef to bring flavours from around the world as well as a wealth of knowledge and experience!

We are working with a corporate company based in Battersea. You will be working with fresh produce in a corporate kitchen equipped with high-end restaurant facilities. You will cook 100% from scratch.

A day in the life of an Italian Speciality Chef:

• Prepare authentic and creative pasta, pizza and risotto dishes
• Strive to develop high quality, innovative and original pasta menu offerings
• Responsible for creating different pastas and pizzas
• Consistently checks the pasta products and adjusts methods to achieve high quality pasta
• Use internal systems to develop and maintain recipes.

You'll be set up for success if you have:

• An excellent knowledge of Italian cuisine is essential
• A passion for the craft of making pasta and a knack for inspired quality
• IT literate, numerate and able to communicate across cross discipline stakeholders
