Aramark UK is looking for a results‑driven Group Manager – Catering Operations to lead and develop catering services across three West London college campuses.
This is a critical leadership role, responsible for driving operational excellence, commercial performance, compliance, and customer satisfaction across multiple education sites. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will lead a large on‑site management and catering team, ensuring consistent standards while developing innovative, student‑focused food offers.
This is a permanent, full‑time position, requiring regular travel between sites and flexibility to support key events and service requirements.

Job Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee multi‑site catering operations, ensuring consistent high‑quality food and service standards
- Embed standard operating procedures while driving service efficiency and continuous improvement
- Take full ownership of budgets, P&L, cost control, forecasting, and financial performance
- Grow revenue through innovative menus, promotions, and student‑focused offers
- Recruit, lead, and develop high‑performing catering management and site teams
- Build strong client and stakeholder relationships, acting as the main point of contact across sites
- Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, health & safety, and regulatory requirements
- Monitor KPIs and performance data to drive improvement, innovation, and sustainability initiatives
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in multi‑site catering or hospitality management
- Strong financial and commercial acumen with P&L responsibility
- Confident people leader with excellent coaching and development skills
- Strong organisational and time‑management capability
- In‑depth knowledge of food safety and health & safety legislation
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across different locations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
