We’re looking for a Barista & FOH Supervisor to work at our client site in London. In this role, you’ll be the friendly face of our units, making sure customers have a great experience every time they visit.

What you’ll do

• Making specialty barista beverages to spec – a great way to show off your latte art skills or learn new ones!
• Providing training and development plans for all reporting baristas.
• Providing excellent customer service to our customers.
• Providing clear leadership and direction to the team (4 direct reports)
• Supporting the FOH Manager to introduce innovative products and a promotional calendar
• Serving food and lunch products with the barista team
• Maintain records and carry out all necessary temperature checks in accordance with ARAMARK company policy and inform Senior Management Team of any issues
• Promote good relationships with customers. Deal with any complaints or compliments and communicate back to the Executive Chef/Head Chef, Senior Management Team
• Assist in development of services provided, communicating all opportunities to develop business expansion back to the Executive Chef/Head Chef, Senior Management Team.
• Ensure all storage areas, utensils and equipment are regularly cleaned and meet the Company’s Health and Safety requirements. 
• To ensure that all paperwork is checked, completed and signed off correctly before shift end
• Managing stock levels, providing monthly stock count. Ensuring stock rotation.

What we’re looking for

• Must have resided in the UK for the past 5 years and have legal right to work
• Passion for the hospitality and food industry
• Advanced English level and able to communicate as, this is crucial to deliver an excellent customer service to our customer & for team management
