Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, shifts between 7:00–15:30, 8:00–16:30, or 9:00–17:30
Salary: £31,200.15 per year

A Day in the Life of a FOH & Barista Supervisor:

  • Prepare specialty barista beverages to spec (latte art skills welcome!)
  • Lead and develop a team of 4 baristas
  • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high standards
  • Support the FOH Manager with product innovation and promotional planning
  • Maintain accurate records and complete temperature checks
  • Handle customer feedback and communicate with the Senior Management Team
  • Manage stock levels, rotation, and monthly stock counts
  • Ensure cleanliness and compliance with health and safety standards
  • Complete and sign off all required paperwork before shift end

 

You’ll Be Set Up for Success If You Have:

  • Previous supervisory experience (minimum 1 year)
  • Food safety knowledge
  • Passion for hospitality and the food industry
  • Advanced English communication skills
  • Legal right to work in the UK and have resided for the past 5 years
  • Latte art skills (not compulsory but a plus!)
