Aramark UK are recruiting a Dietitian who will play a key role in shaping and delivering nutrition and wellbeing programmes across Aramark’s Education, Healthcare and Workplace sectors. Working closely with culinary, operational and client teams, you will provide expert dietetic advice to ensure menus and food offers are nutritious, compliant, engaging, and aligned with customer needs.

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified HCPC-registered Dietitian to combine professional expertise with commercial awareness, influencing nutrition standards, driving health and wellbeing initiatives, and supporting positive outcomes for the communities we serve across the UK.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery and continuous development of nutrition and wellbeing strategies across Education, Healthcare and Workplace contracts.
  • Conduct menu reviews, nutritional analysis, and compliance assessments against relevant legislation and standards.
  • Provide expert dietetic and nutrition advice to operational teams, chefs, managers, and clients.
  • Develop and deliver healthy eating initiatives, wellbeing campaigns, and nutrition education programmes.
  • Create and quality-assure nutrition resources, communications, and promotional materials.
  • Support menu, recipe, and food offer development to ensure nutritional balance, customer appeal, and commercial viability.
  • Lead nutritional audits, service reviews, and improvement projects, providing clear recommendations and action plans.
  • Manage allergen governance and nutritional information, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and best practice across the business.

Key Requirements:

  • Degree in Dietetics or Nutrition and Dietetics (or equivalent qualification recognised for UK dietetic practice).
  • Current HCPC registration as a Dietitian.
  • Proven post-registration experience providing independent, evidence-based dietetic advice.
  • Strong knowledge of UK nutrition, allergen, food labelling, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience influencing stakeholders and delivering nutrition-related projects, audits, or service improvements.
  • Excellent organisational, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and build effective relationships across diverse teams.
