Salary: £ 25,182.41 
Hours: Permanent, full-time, 32.5/week | Monday to Friday 9am - 4pm

We’re looking for a Deli Supervisor to join our friendly team and help deliver an exceptional shopping experience with the day to day running of a coffee outlet. You must have experience in this area and have good customer focus. If you’re passionate about retail, love leading a team, and want a role that offers work-life balance, this is the opportunity for you! 

What you’ll do:

  • Take charge of the coffee outlet during shifts in the manager’s absence. 
  • Lead and motivate the team to keep the space running smoothly and customers happy. 
  • Open and close the store, handle cash, manage deliveries, and maintain a safe, clean environment. 
  • Control operational costs, including shrinkage and waste. 
  • Support team development and ensure high standards every day. 

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous retail experience and barista trained. 
  • Ability to pass full security vetting and DBS checks (must have lived in the UK for the past 3 years). 
  • Strong leadership skills and a hands-on approach.
