What you'll be doing

  • In addition to the above, Chefs may occasionally be required to undertake ad hoc back of house and front of house duties in line with business requirements.
  • Work with the Front of Effective and efficient food production in line with recipe cards.
  • Breakfast and lunch preperation
  • Cooking in an officers Mess kitchen in the heart of London, cooking to order
  • Clearing down sections after service
  • Work in line with company allergen policy
  • Full knowledge of all menu items served.
  • Management of production to ensure minimal wastage.
  • Maintenance of food levels throughout all service periods
  • Maintenance of food quality and brand standards
  • Ensuring the maintenance of high hygiene and health and safety standards in line with Aramark requirements and identify any anomalies and incidents.
  • Assisting in the compilation of all shifts opening and closing checklists
     

Experience

  • Relevant culinary qualification
  • A confident, experienced chef
  • Allergen awareness (i.e Natasha’s Law), full training will be given
  • Excellent team player and communicator
  • DBS required
