We are currently looking for a Commis Chef to work with our team at JP Morgan, 25 Bank Street, London, E14 5JP

• Full time – 40 hours per week – Monday to Friday, the occasional weekend may be required

What you'll be doing

• Assist Senior Chefs in whichever section they are designated to. 
• Preparing dishes and cooking using recipe cards
• Comply with all relevant food safety legislation
• Supporting with food orders
• To work in a clean and tidy manner
• Check all food is compliant with allergens
• Putting away deliveries and following the FIFO method
• Assisting in daily and weekly kitchen deep cleans
• Monitoring temperatures, stock rotation etc 

Experience

• Previous experience of working in a kitchen 
• Culinary qualifications desirable
• Previous experience of working within a fast paced environment
• Allergen awareness (i.e Natasha’s Law), full training will be given
• Excellent team player and communicator
