Title: Commis Chef

Aramark UK is looking to hire an experienced and dedicated Commis Chef to join the fantastic team in London.
This is an exciting, permanent, and full-time opportunity reporting to the Culinary Lead on site. The role will assume responsibility for all food production across breakfast and lunch service from one main kitchen and support with planned ad hoc hospitality throughout the year.

A day in the life of a Commis Chef:
- Preparing and cooking meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner following recipe cards.
- Checking all food is compliant with allergens and Natasha’s law.
- Completing daily paperwork to cover due diligence.
- Sharing responsibility with the Chef /Catering Manager for the checking, probing, and signing of all food deliveries, stock ordering and maintaining kitchen records.
- Monitoring and recording temperatures of fridges, freezers, hot cabinets, and serveries.
- Assisting in daily and weekly kitchen deep cleans.
You will be set up for success if you have:
- Experience operating as a Commis Chef or above
- Organised with a hands-on ability and strong work ethic
- Passion for people and food
