Aramark UK are currently recruiting a Coffee Shop Supervisor to join our team working at GOGGs in London, SW1A 2HQ
You will be responsible for the day to day running of the coffee bar, managing your team and providing excellent customer service throughout. You will also be providing general front of house services, such as preparing orders and overseeing service.

- This is a full time position, 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday. Shifts range between 8am - 5pm, leaving your evenings and weekends free - a rarity when you work within hospitality.
- We are offering an annual salary of £29,741.46

A day in the life of a Supervisor:
- You will be supporting the Manager in the day to day running of the business, managing staff and delegating tasks to ensure the needs of the business are met.
- You will be operating the till and cash handling/cashing up at the end of shift. You will also be giving upselling opportunities and providing excellent customer service to our customers.
- Food production, heating up and plating up food, making hot and cold drinks and assisting with general front of house duties.
- Leading shifts and supervising the team within the hospitality area, ensuring all staff training is up to date.
- Assisting with stock management and stocktaking, placing orders and completing any relevant back office paperwork.
You will be set up for success if you have:
- Previous barista / coffee shop experience
- Previous supervisory/team leader experience is desirable
- Must be able to pass full security vetting and DBS checks
