Are you currently working as a Chef de Partie but getting tired of the long hours, late night and early starts. Is the thought of yet another split shift making you start to think long and hard about working in this industry? Is a real work life balance something you are striving towards but finding impossible to find? Fear not, we have the solution for you! I am currently recruiting a Chef de Partie to join our dedicated team at our client’s site in WC1H. You will be joining a great team and will producing food in a central kitchen which supplies 4 units daily.

The ingredients for success

The role is varied, you may be prepping the deli bar, serving on a hot plate, or cooking in the kitchens. The position has variation daily. You will be working a 5 from 7 shift rota, with the weekend work based on a fair rota system with your other team members.

Your shift times are going to be approximately Midday to 2030hrs. The salary for the role is £29,219  and you will be working a contracted 40-hour week. What you'll be doing

•    To maintain food hygiene, service & presentation to standard
•    Working on lunch to dinner services
•    Deliver first class food throughout service

Qualifications and experience needed

•    Relevant culinary qualification
•    1-2 years’ experience in a Professional kitchen.
•    Experience in industrial catering.
•    A passion for food and service
•    Flexible approach to hours and duties
