Aramark UK are currently recruiting a Chef de Partie  to join our team working at the Royal Hospital for Nuero Disability, SW15 3SW. 

Assist the Head Chef in managing kitchen production and employees. Proactive approach to delivery high quality texture modified IDDSI compliant patients dining meals, Retail outlet and Hospitality operation during the hours of 7.00am and 5.30pm.

Job Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Sous Chef, working with the teams regarding food production management to ensure minimal wastage, maintenance of food levels, food quality and brand standards. 
  • Preparing food for military dining facilities and hospitality events. 
  • Assisting the Sous Chef with post-analysis and ensuring all shift opening and closing checklists are completed. 
  • Learning procedures and standards for all kitchen tasks. 
  • Undertaking relevant training as required. 

Key Requirements:

    • Relevant culinary qualification. 
    • Previous experience of working in a kitchen. 
    • Excellent team player and communicator.
