Job Role: Administrator (Part-Time)
Location: Royal Hospital for Neuro-Disability, West Hill, SW15 3SW
Salary: £14,453.31 per annum
Hours: 20 hours per week
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10am – 2pm
Are you a highly organised and motivated individual looking for a rewarding part-time role in a friendly and supportive environment? The Royal Hospital for Neuro-Disability is seeking an Administrator to join our dedicated team.
This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, a strong grasp of office administration, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurate record keeping and document management
- Basic financial administration and invoice processing
- General office admin and support
- Coordinating small events and meetings
- Handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Monitoring inventory and supplies
What We’re Looking For:
- Proficiency in computer systems and Microsoft Office
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- A proactive approach and the ability to work without close supervision
