We are currently recruiting for a Food Production and Service Assistant to be a part of our integral team at Coleg Cambria, Ruthin Road, Lylsfasi, Ruthin, LL15 2LB
 

Perks of the job

• £16.467.36 per annum – weekly equated pay £315.59
• 35 working weeks, salary spread over 52.178 weeks.
• Full time – 35 hours per week, mainly Monday – Friday between 7am – 6.30pm. There will be the need to work occasional weekends for open days and events.

What you'll be doing

• Food production & service 
• Cooking 
• Serving hostel meals
• Working in our canteen & coffee shop
• Use of till & cashing up
• General cleaning
• Follow food hygiene and safety procedures at all times
• Sweeping/Mopping and general house keeping to ensure areas are cleaned to a high standard at all times.
• Preparation of any other public facing areas as required
• We aim for all staff to be multi skilled and flexible with full training and support provided both on the job and via our e learning portal.
   

Experience

• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable 
• Previous cash handling experience 
• Previous barista/food prep experience
