Job Description
Aramark UK is looking for talented and driven Sous Chefs – Premium Brands to join our culinary leadership team within a brand‑new, state‑of‑the‑art stadium; Hill Dickinson.
Working alongside the Head Chef – Premium, this role is central to delivering outstanding premium dining experiences across our à la carte restaurants, private dining suites, and conference and event catering. On matchdays, you’ll be responsible for leading individual or multiple premium outlets across a 12‑venue operation, setting the standard for quality, consistency, creativity and guest experience.

This is a permanent and full time position working weekdays, evenings and weekends.

Job Responsibilities
- Support the preparation and setup of menus and recipes within procurement systems.
- Assist in developing and embedding operational systems for smooth premium service delivery.
- Work with the Head Chef to build team structures and support training of kitchen teams.
- Build strong relationships with logistics teams to ensure seamless flow of produce.
- Support efficient, safe and adaptable kitchen setups that enable high service standards.
- Lead food production and service across all premium restaurants within the stadium.
- Take ownership of consistent, high‑quality food delivery and presentation.
- Drive a guest‑focused culture through exceptional hospitality standards and leadership.
- Ensure full compliance with UK food safety, allergen, COSHH and due diligence procedures.
- Manage stock, control costs and lead variable chef brigades to deliver high performance to Aramark standards.
Key Requirements:
- A naturally confident culinary leader with experience in premium or large‑scale hospitality environments
- Passion for food, quality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to lead effectively both front and back of house
- Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Calm, resilient and solutions‑focused under pressure
- Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
