Join our team as a Retail Duty Manager and play a key role in delivering outstanding food and beverage experiences at Hill Dickinson Stadium. You'll help lead the day-to-day running of over 32 food and beverage outlets, ensuring every matchday, concert and major event is set up for success. Working closely with Retail Manager, you'll drive operational standards, stock control, compliance and service excellence, while creating memorable experiences for thousands of guests.

Job Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of all retail food and beverage operations, ensuring outlets are fully prepared and event-ready for matchdays, concerts and other major event
- Lead and motivate teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining high standards of service, presentation and operational excellence
- Ensure all retail outlets, bars and third-party concessions operate in line with company standards, policies and procedures
- Monitor stock levels, complete event stock takes and line checks, and work closely with Logistics and Procurement to maintain effective stock control
- Champion Health & Safety compliance across all retail areas, ensuring a safe environment for guests, colleagues and contractors
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with third-party suppliers, street food vendors and internal stakeholders to support successful event delivery
- Review sales performance, wastage and operational data to identify opportunities to improve efficiency, profitability and sustainability
- Act as a key operational presence during events, resolving issues proactively and ensuring the highest standards of customer service are consistently achieved.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a retail, hospitality, food and beverage, or high-volume customer-facing environment
- Proven experience leading, motivating and developing teams to deliver excellent customer service and operational standard
- Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Confident communicator with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues, suppliers, contractors and stakeholders
- Good understanding of stock control, compliance, health & safety, and operational procedures
- Flexible approach to working hours, including evenings, weekends and event days, with a proactive and positive "can-do" attitude.
