As Premium Manager at Hill Dickinson Stadium, you will lead the planning and delivery of exceptional food and beverage experiences across a diverse portfolio of premium spaces, from exclusive Owners' Boxes and private dining rooms to premium lounges, restaurants and bars.

Job Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, coordination and delivery of premium hospitality operations across all premium areas for matchday and non-matchday events
- Drive exceptional guest experiences by ensuring the highest standards of service, presentation and operational execution
- Manage labour, stock and operational costs, ensuring budgets and commercial targets are achieved
- Lead, coach and develop Premium Supervisors, Matchday Managers and front-line teams to build a high-performing culture
- Oversee workforce planning, staffing deployment and operational resource allocation to maximise efficiency and service quality
- Build strong relationships with guests, clients, VIPs and stakeholders, responding proactively to feedback and service opportunities
- Develop and implement operational plans, processes and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance performance and profitability
- Ensure full compliance with health & safety, food safety, allergen management and all relevant hospitality and licensing regulations.
Key Requirements:
- Proven leadership experience within hospitality, food & beverage, events, catering, premium guest services, or a similar customer-focused environment
- Strong operational management skills, with experience planning and delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced, high-volume venue
- A passion for premium hospitality and guest experience, with the ability to consistently exceed customer expectations
- Excellent people management and coaching capability, with experience developing, motivating and leading high-performing teams
- Commercial awareness, including experience managing labour, stock and operational costs while maintaining exceptional service standards
- Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach and the ability to make effective decisions under pressure.
