Aramark UK have an incredible opportunity for a highly motivated and commercially astute Head Chef- Retail Brands to join the team at Everton Football Club. The impressive brand-new Bramley-Moore Liverpool stadium is set to be one of the most revolutionary and advanced venues for fan experience in Europe. Serving 52,888 fans per matchday, the mission is to set the standard for excellence and create exceptional experiences for Evertonians.
Reporting directly to the Executive Head Chef, the Head Chef will be responsible of overseeing the planning, coordination, and mobilisations of all retail dining outlets to ensure an exceptional service standard for ALL guests. This role requires a strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail, knowledge of delivery of great quick service food offering. You will champion a culture focused on quality, team development and health and safety in all that you do.
This is a full time and permanent position which will be based at both Everton Stadium in Liverpool and requires working 5 days over 7.

A day in the life of a Head Chef:
- Full ownership of the coordination and delivery of the retail catering experience within Everton stadium, the fan zone and wider concourse operations
- Ensure that all our retail and quick service dining offerings including, street food, match day favourites and grab and go are delivered with the highest standards of health and safety, quality, creativity and consistency
- Financially accountable for all costs and profitability of the premium operations, both match and non-match day
- Lead a team of fixed term and variable team members ensuring that both full time and variable team members are well trained, motivated and capable of delivering outstanding food.
- Work closely with the Culinary Director and Stadia Executive Chef to develop innovative menus that delight our customer, can be delivered with consistency and provide a clear profit margin
- Deliver a kitchen with health and safety at the heart of everything you do, installing company process for hygiene, recording, stock management, wastage and delivery of profit
- Push the boundaries of what traditional stadia quick service dining looks like and will raise the bar for excellence within the industry
