We currently have an opportunity for a number of Casual Team Leaders to join our amazing team at Aramark who are delivering all food and beverage services into Everton Stadium.
The Team Leader will form part of the premium operations team and will support the event day running of the premium department, working closely with the matchday managers & supervisors. You will lead a large variable team on event days, managing a food and beverage unit in our premium GA bars and kitchen.
A passion for managing people, service delivery and execution of premium operations. Able to manage a fast-paced environment, leading from the front.

What you’ll be doing:
To follow health & safety in the heart of everything you do and lead a health & safety culture. To also demonstrate you take responsibility for your own health & safety and that of others.
To ensure you are fully aware of the importance of all allergens passed on from supervisor/manager on match-days. Any special dietaries or intolerances is addressed following the Aramark standards.
Must have knowledge of alcohol laws and regulations, strong attention to detail and organisation.
Lead and manage a team of bartenders and food & beverage assistants, ensuring they are delivering excellent customer service, following proper procedures, and maintaining a clean work environment.
Provide ongoing training to new and existing staff on food and beverage procedures, customer service, and safety standards.
Monitor and manage stock levels during events, ensuring that food, beverages, and supplies are replenished in a timely manner to avoid shortages or delays.
Work with the management team to plan and coordinate service for large crowds during match-days, ensuring all restaurants and bars are prepared for high-demand periods.
Work closely with kitchen, bar, and management teams to ensure smooth communication and efficient service throughout the event.

You are a natural and confident individual who exudes energy and charisma with excellent communication skills. To have a strong positive passionate focus on food and drinks, a natural flare on premium hospitality.
You must possess and flexible & adaptable approach to working hours/duties.
You should be calm and resiliant, not deterred by an ‘unforeseen challenge’, problem solving and effectivley be a team player.
Must have standard knowledge of restaurant and bar efficency.
You should have strong attention to detail, structured and methodical with the flexibility to respond to the dynamic demands of all matchday requests.
