Hours: Permanent, full time | 37 per week | Monday to Thursday: 07:00 – 15:30, Friday: 07:00 – 12:30
Pay: £12.21 per hour

We’re looking for a Facilities Operative to join our team at Thiepval Barracks. You’ll play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the site, ensuring our residents and visitors have a great experience every time they visit.
What you’ll be doing:
- Cleaning all areas of the Barracks to a high standard.
- Litter picking around the site.
- Ensuring waste is sorted correctly into the appropriate bins.
- Moving large waste bins and supporting general site tidiness.
What we’re looking for:
- Someone physically fit and able to move large waste bins.
- A reliable team member with a good eye for detail.
- Over 18 years old.
- Happy working both indoors and outdoors.
