Job Description

Aramark Ireland is seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales and Events Executive to support business growth through proactive sales activity, client relationship management, and event coordination. The successful candidate will play a key role in generating new business opportunities, driving revenue, and ensuring the successful delivery of sales and promotional initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

Drive reactive and proactive sales activity to generate new business opportunities.
Develop and implement sales and promotional plans to support business objectives.
Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Coordinate and attend sales meetings, networking events, and business development activities.
Support the planning and execution of events, ensuring client expectations are met.
Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and revenue goals.
Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to increase business growth.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and local market developments.
Maintain accurate client records and sales activity using CRM systems.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and successful event delivery.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute ideas to enhance sales performance and client experience.
Represent Aramark Ireland in a professional manner at all times.

Qualifications

Previous experience in sales, business development, or events management; experience within the hospitality, hotel, or events industry is an advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Results-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Creative and innovative approach to business development and problem-solving.
Good organisational and time management skills.
Strong knowledge of the local market and competitor landscape.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Full, clean driving licence.
