Aramark is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Executive Chef to lead our culinary operations in Limerick. This role requires a dynamic leader who is passionate about exceptional food, quality standards, and delivering a best‑in‑class service experience. The Executive Chef will take full responsibility for all food production on-site, ensuring excellence across menu development, operational standards, compliance, and team leadership.
Mon - Fri, 7am - 3.30pm

Job Responsibilities

  • Act as the champion for all food service operations across the site, ensuring consistency, innovation, and excellence in delivery.
  • Provide strong leadership, support, and guidance to all culinary teams to ensure Food Quality Standards, Food Safety Guidelines, and customer service expectations are consistently met.
  • Develop a customer-focused and site-specific approach to food services, tailoring offerings to the needs of the client and customer groups.
  • Oversee all kitchen teams, building a sustainable team structure and assuming full responsibility for food production and on-site distribution.

Quality, Safety & Compliance

  • Oversee and manage the Food Safety & Quality Management System onsite to ensure full compliance at all times.
  • Manage quality control systems related to production, including incoming inspections, internal audits, ISO audits, and EHO visits.
  • Ensure timely reporting of any issues and execution of corrective actions with minimal disruption to service.
  • Measure adherence to customer service standards and lead continuous improvement of quality standards.
  • Review national and international best practice and develop systems that position the site as a leader in the sector.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a senior culinary leadership role (e.g., Head Chef, Executive Chef).
Strong knowledge of HACCP, Food Safety legislation, and Quality Management Systems.Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Experience in a high-volume or multi-site environment is advantageous.
A passion for food innovation and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
