We are currently recruiting a Cafe/Bar Assistant to be a part of our integral team at Barrel & Bean, Leuchars Station, Fife, KY16 0JX

• Hourly rate of £10.42
• 20 hours per week - 3 days including evenings and weekends
• Shifts will range between 7am - 11.30pm

What you'll be doing

• Serving hot and cold drinks
• Taking food orders
• Bar service / serving alcohol (must be 18+)  
• Preparation of service area and/or service points.  
• Ensure all food hygiene regulations are adhered to.
• Stocking up and ensuring neat displays at all times
• Providing the best customer service at all times.
• Operating of the till.
• Communicate with Chefs and managers to ensure that the client and customers are happy.
• Complete any due diligence paperwork and adhere to food safety regulations.
   

Experience

• Must be 18+ due to licencing laws
• The ideal candidate will have at least 1 years previous as a barista or bartender or in a similar role. On the job training will be provided.
