Aramark UK is hiring a Till Assistant at WQE College, Leicester.

A day in the life of a Till Assistant:

    • Greet guests warmly and provide a positive first point of contact 
    • Handle customer enquiries, help with menu items, and provide information on promotions or specials 
    • Resolve basic customer concerns or escalate issues to a supervisor when necessary 
    • Operate the till/POS system accurately for cash, card, voucher, and digital payments 
    • Process sales transactions swiftly, ensuring accuracy in pricing and totals 
    • Issue receipts, handle returns or exchanges following company policy 
    • Maintain responsible cash handling practices, including counting and balancing the till at the start and end of shifts 
    • Keep the till area clean, organised, and presentable 
    • Assist with queue management during busy periods 
    • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth overall operations 
    • Support other front‑of‑house tasks when required, such as seating guests, serving, or helping with takeaways 

You'll be set up for success if you have:

    • An enhanced DBS 
    • Ability to provide customer service.
