Title: Senior IT Project Manager

Aramark UK & Global Offshore is seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to join the business on a permanent basis. Reporting to the IT Delivery & Innovation Director, you will lead and deliver complex IT projects that support business growth, innovation, and operational efficiency.
This senior role combines project and programme management, stakeholder leadership, and strategic planning. You will mentor Project Managers, drive best practice, and oversee all aspects of project delivery, including scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, and resources.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years’ experience delivering IT projects within medium to large organisations, with strong knowledge of PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, and other project management methodologies. Experience managing multiple concurrent projects across areas such as infrastructure, networks, telecoms, EPOS, software and app development, e-commerce, system implementations, compliance, and IT recovery is essential.
This is a client-facing position and will involve travel to sites as required.

A day in the life of a Senior IT Project Manager:
- Deliver technology and IT solutions that support the Aramark IT agenda and our drive for sales growth and process efficiency.
- Work with key stakeholders to map out systems architecture diagrams for the proposed IT/technology solutions.
- Work with clients and Aramark procurement teams to support IT/Technology RFPs ensuring that any solutions are accurately costed and presented to the SteerCo.
- Work with all relevant stakeholders to draft all necessary documentation associated with those solutions.
- Manage IT projects through project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring & control, and closure.
- Assess project tasks and risks and allocate work accordingly.
- Use appropriate tools (Smartsheets, MS Project, Excel etc.) to manage project budget, timescales, and resources.
- Provide updates into the IT Project Management Office and project stakeholders and ensure any project delays are communicated to the SteerCo/Project Sponsors.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope and budget.
- Work closely with internal and external suppliers to drive progress.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure project success.
- Develop and maintain relationships with project and business stakeholders, as well as customers and suppliers.
- Support Business Case creation and drive business change.
- Work with technical SMEs to align new technologies with the core business strategy.
- Support the IT agenda and Aramark’s drive for sales growth and process efficiency
You’ll be set up for success if you have:
- Strong stakeholder leadership and influencing skills.
- Experience delivering complex IT projects and managing cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of system integrations, infrastructure, networks, and applications.
- Skilled in business cases, requirements gathering, and technology RFPs.
- Strong budget, resource, vendor, and change management experience.
- ITIL Foundation certified with solid project management expertise.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Proactive, adaptable, and results-driven.
- Proficient in Microsoft Visio.
- Knowledge of PCI DSS standards.
- SC Clearance required
