This role offers the chance to influence process improvement, drive standardisation across the organisation, and contribute to wider HR transformation initiatives, making a real impact on both employee experience and business success.

This is a full time and permanent role based two days in the Horsforth Leeds office.

What we offer:

  • Salary of up to £45,000 doe + benefits package
  • You will have access to PerkBox - which includes 100's of discounts, including savings on your weekly supermarket shop and weekend treats!
  • We also offer a company package including life assurance, pension contributions, generous holiday entitlement with the option to buy more, and many more perks.
  • You will also be joining a great team, with fabulous career prospects and could lead to all sorts of opportunities – we LOVE to promote from within!
  • As we are passionate about developing our people from within, great training is provided. We also offer apprenticeship schemes, so your learning journey can continue!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice and guidance on employment law, contractual matters, and HR policies, ensuring compliance and mitigating organisational risk.
  • Lead and coordinate HR activities relating to TUPE transfers, acquisitions, and organisational change projects, ensuring a seamless employee experience.
  • Review, draft, and maintain employment contracts, terms and conditions, and associated documentation to ensure legal compliance and consistency.
  • Act as the escalation point for complex employee lifecycle and employee relations queries, supporting the wider HR Operations team with specialist expertise.
  • Drive continuous improvement by reviewing HR processes, simplifying documentation, and implementing standardised ways of working across the business.
  • Coach and support HR Administrators and Coordinators, sharing best practice and developing capability in employment law, contractual matters, and HR operations.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and the ability to apply legislation in a practical HR environment.
  • Proven experience managing or supporting TUPE transfers, organisational change, or workforce transition activities.
  • Experience drafting, reviewing, and interpreting employment contracts, terms and conditions, and associated HR documentation.
  • Previous experience within an HR Operations, HR Shared Services, or HR Administration function, handling complex employee lifecycle processes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the confidence to advise managers and colleagues at all levels.
