Job Description
Aramark UK is looking for a detail orientated Data and Insights Specialist to join the team on a full time and permanent basis.
Your role will be integral to the success of the IT team, and the wider business, as you will be a subject matter expert for all things data and insights. Your role will involve producing business-critical data reports, dashboards and analysing large datasets, identifying actionable insights that drive informed business decisions.
Our ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical abilities, attention to detail, knowledge of business-critical data applications and technical problem-solving skills and have experience using PowerBI and data visualisation tools

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and manage advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards, and other business intelligence (BI) solutions and their interfaces
- Provide expert support and development of existing business-critical data
- Create platforms for corporate data sharing considering security
- Lead design reviews and provide input on data insight plans using relevant technologies
- Provide backlog management, iteration planning, visibility of data and intelligence enhancements
- Perform and document data analysis, data validation, and data mapping/design
- Develop policies and procedures for the collection and analysis of data
- Regularly monitor and troubleshoot existing insight and reporting looking to enhance as part of continual improvement
- Ensure adherence to data security and privacy regulations
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in data analytics, interfaces and reporting
- Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Effective communication skills to convey complex data insights clearly
- The ability to analyze, identify patterns, and solve problems is vital.
- Knowledge of key business processes, particularly in planning analytics and data warehousing.
- Knowledge of Power BI and Power Apps for data visualisation and reporting
- Flexibility and ability to travel when required
