Aramark UK has an excellent opportunity for a Human Resources Information System Manager to join the team on a permanent basis.

 

This is a hybrid role with two days / week in the Leeds office and 3 days that can be worked from home. We are looking for an exceptional candidate who can lead a small team with vision and roll their sleeves up to get the job done.

A day in the life of a HRIS Manager:

  • Data Integrity: Review and analyse HR data to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations
  • Work closely with HR, IT and other departments to align HRIS capabilities with organisational needs
  • Lead process improvement initiatives, to include HR and payroll systems transformation
  • Lead a small team (2 direct reports)
  • Generate and analyse HR metrics and reports to support data-driven decision-making across the organisation
  • Foster a collaborative and productive working environment, including building strong relationships with colleagues in the US
  • Partner with senior leadership to align HRIS strategies with Aramark’s goals

You’ll be set up for success if you have:

  • Recent previous / current experience as an HRIS Manager within a similar commercial organisation
  • Expertise in HR data: HR systems and payroll systems
  • A background in HRIS development projects and activities
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
  • People management experience
