And we need talented, energetic, passionate people to help us do it. We are looking to recruit a Business Excellence Analyst to join the Commercial and Business Excellence team, based at our Farnborough Office in Hampshire. 

With clear sight of the organisation’s operational strategy, you will help to embed a culture of problem solving and continuous improvement by helping the Aramark organisation look for opportunities for both profitability and growth by reviewing what’s already in place and maximising productivity. 

Reporting directly to the Commercial and Business Excellence Director, the role holder will help to shape the future of tomorrow and be a part of a team who partner with the business to lead, coach and exceed targets and goals, recognising that there are many different ways to be successful. This permanent position is based in our Farnborough office. 

Your Role:

  • Provide project management support to all leads within the Business Excellence team
  • Champion and build support for common directions and strategies, including harnessing opportunities to increase margin and driving compliance across the board
  • Review of performance metrics, to evaluate delivery of service and contractual obligations
  • Lead the ‘Pricing’ process for NE region 
  • Develop Opx audit process alongside the BusEx team, create an audit timetable and ensure audits are carried out in a timely manner
  • Support Commercial and BusEx Director in preparation/consolidation of reporting – but more importantly turing data into insight and using it to our advantage
  • Develop, implement and govern KPI reporting for the BusEx programs, providing visibility to the milestones and performance across all initiatives 
  • Support the new business bid validation process by assisiting the business in setting up of templates and benchmarks in OpX
  • Partner with FP&A on reporting and MI required by the team 
  • Drive compliance and support implementation of food productivity programs to include Master the Menu, Production, Waste and supply chain 
  • Support implementation of labour productivity programs 
  • Promoting sound waste management practices across the company 
  • Support critical high impacting projects and ensure they are delivered within planned timelines and with expected measurable output
  • Support in the post mobilisation audit process - 30/60/90 days audits
  • Helping our leaders to understand the Operational Excellence strategy and goals in order to leverage commitment and improve financial performance 
  • Understanding of contractual requirements and ensuring adherence to the company’s contractual responsibilities and internal quality procedures including management reporting, development, budget, forecasting and financial control
  • Ensuring the establishment and efficient operation of systems of reporting and documenting progress and financial status of projects to the achievement of sustainability objectives through personal behaviour and adapting working practices where required

  • Good presentation skills and the ability to report on relevant business information – getting stakeholders onside  
  • Flexibility to travel as required to fulfil requirements of the role
