What You’ll Do
As our Cleaning Supervisor, you’ll be the driving force behind a spotless environment. Your day will include:
- Leading and supporting your team to deliver exceptional cleaning standards.
- Managing PPE and cleaning materials.
- Conducting team meetings and identifying training needs.
- Assisting with payroll preparation and arranging cover for holidays and sickness.
- Completing audits and preparing KPI reports.
- Hands-on cleaning duties to keep accommodation and offices sparkling.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous cleaning experience (supervisory experience is a bonus!).
- Ability to pass full security vetting and DBS checks.
- UK residency for the past 3 years and legal right to work.
- A positive attitude and commitment to health and safety.
