What you'll be doing

Required to be flexible according to business requirements.  The daily focus may vary, however it is expected that activities will typically include the following:

• Prepare and serve food and beverages to students, visitors and guests
• Operate throughout our busy outlets, ranging from bespoke coffee shops to food courts
• Food handling
• Setting up counters and cleaning all areas front and back of house
• Restocking items and stock rotation
• Operating the till and cash handling
• General cleaning of front and back of house
• Sweeping/Mopping and general house keeping to ensure areas are cleaned to a high standard at all times.
• Preparation of any other public facing areas as required
• Undertake relevant training as required of all aspects of the role, including working towards your Food Hygiene Level 2 and Health and Safety Level 2 qualifications.
   

Experience

• Previous experience in a similar hospitality role is desirable but not essential as full training will be given
• Friendly, polite and motivated
• Must be able to work in all areas of the business if required 
• A DBS check is required
