Aramark are currently recruiting a Post/Print room Operator to join the team at out client site. The role holder will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with the delivery of Facilities services in Goodbody.  The core responsibilities are broken into the following main areas:


 

Job Responsibilities

Post Room Services
•    Work with the Facilities Operations team in the delivery of the following services:
•    Processing and distribution of inbound post in line with well-defined processes.
•    Processing of outbound post in line with well-defined processes.
•    Handling/managing courier delivery and collection.
•    Ordering Post Room supplies from 3rd party vendors.
•    Client Regulatory Documentation (Print, Pack and Dispatch)

 

Work with the Facilities Operations team in the delivery of the following:
•    Delivery of the client documentation dispatch process.  This will include producing, packing & dispatching documentation through well-defined control processes ensuring that all documents are correctly dispatched to the intended recipient.  This will include the use of sensitive automated machinery (printers, enveloping machinery, counters, paper jostlers, etc.), to assist in the production, packing and dispatch of all client regulatory documentation.
•    Work with other Operations team to ensure that high standards and controls are maintained throughout the delivery of this service.
•    Printroom Services (Backup)
•    Provide backup cover for our dedicated print operator.  This includes the delivery of high quality Printroom services including printing, binding, laminating etc.

 

Scanning Services
•    Work with the Facilities Operations team in the delivery of scanning services to support the Goodbody business.
•    Other Tasks
•    Liaise with service and maintenance provider.
•    Assist in day to day health and safety matters (e.g. Fire Safety, etc.)
•    Perform a number of building daily checks
•    Assist in the management of Facilities service providers e.g. secure document disposal, waste, recycling etc.
•    Perform adhoc facilities related duties as instructed by the Facilities Operations Manager

Candidate Requirements

Experience required
•    Technically proficient in the use of a PC, email and in the use of standard Microsoft Office packages (in particular Word and Excel). 
•    Facilities operations experience desirable
•    Qualifications required
•    Facilities management exposure is desirable but not required
