We are currently recruiting a Customer Service Assistant to be a part of our integral team in Fort George Barracks, Ardersier.

⦁    20 hours per week, 5 days out of 7. Shifts vary from 0900 – 2230. 1 in 4 weekends but must be flexible to cover additional weekends if required for functions.

What you'll be doing

⦁    Service of food and/or beverages to customers to the standards set by Aramark.  
⦁    Cleaning duties associated with service and related equipment and/or furniture.  
⦁    Preparation of service area and/or service points.  
⦁    Ensure all food hygiene regulations are adhered to.
⦁    Correct storage of food items and equipment after service.  
⦁    Maintain personal hygiene, appearance, and uniform to company regulations at all times.  
⦁    To present an image at all times conducive to good customer relations.  
⦁    Comply and assist in the promotion and implementation of the company’s health and safety policy.  
⦁    Comply and assist in the promotion and implementation of the company’s equal opportunity policy.  
⦁    The job description may be altered from time to time to meet the changing needs and requirements of the company
⦁    Although your main place of work will be Fort George Barracks, you will occasionally be required to work locally for functions and short term camps.
 

What we need from you..

• A DBS check will be required to complete the application process
• Knowledge of Food Hygiene including HACCP.
• 1 years’ experience in a similar environment. On the job training will be provided.
• Good understanding of English.
• Customer service experience
