We are currently recruiting a Customer Service Assistant to be a part of our integral team here at Fort George, Ardersier, IV2 7TD

• The hourly rate will be £11.44 per hour
• Mainly Monday – Friday with one weekend in 4. Full time, 35 hours per week
• Extra weekends will be required for functions

What you'll be doing

Our customers are at the heart of what we do, so exceptional customer service and driving customer loyalty is our main priority. To play an essential role in delivering this we are looking for a Customer Advisor to join our team
As a customer advisor, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service on the Shopfloor processing various transactions including different payments types, dealing with customer queries, maintaining the housekeeping of the department and any other duties associated with the role.

• Serving a range of food and beverages to customers
• Making beverages
• Operating the till and taking payments
• Stocking up and rotating stock
• Cleaning public areas/back of house
• Providing excellent customer service throughout

Experience

• A confident team player and excellent communicator
• Previous catering/hospitality experience would be an advantage along with great customer service skills
• A DBS check will be required to complete your application
