We are currently recruiting a Chef to work with our team in* Holywood, BT18 9RA
No qualification? No problem! We offer the chance to gain your qualification through our apprenticeship scheme, earn whilst you learn!

- Full time – 37 hours a week, 5 days over 7, shifts ranging between 6am - 8pm

What you'll be doing
- You’ll be preparing and serving food to the highest standard
- Producing food in line with the recipe sheets
- Full knowledge of all menu items served
- Management of production and food levels to ensure minimal wastage
- Assisting in the compilation of all shift opening and closing checklists
- Discussing ideas or improvements with line manager
- Act as a trainer/ coach for new team members to learn procedures and standards for all kitchen tasks.
- Assist in daily and weekly kitchen deep cleans
- Undertake relevant training as required
