- Hourly rate of £13
- Part time - 30 hours per week, Predominately Monday - Friday, working weekends as emergency cover only.
- Shift times 1.30pm - 7.30pm

What you'll be doing
⦁ You’ll be cooking and preparing food to the highest standard, adhering to allergen and calorie specifications
⦁ Work well as part of a team of chefs, supporting one another and communicating well
⦁ Following recipe cards to prepare, cook and serve a range of meals
⦁ Completing daily paperwork to cover due diligence
⦁ Assisting with deliveries and stock checks
⦁ To monitor and record temperatures of fridges, freezers, hot cabinets and serveries.
⦁ Assisting in daily and weekly kitchen deep cleans - following hygiene and safety procedures
⦁ Occasional operating of tills and handling cash
⦁ Report to line manager any feedback (complaints, suggestions, etc.)
Experience
- Relevant culinary qualification
- Reliable transport required (remote area with limited public transport)
- A confident chef
- Flexibility and the ability to innovate
