Aramark Workplace Solutions is looking to fill a full-time position in their Finance Department.

Job Responsibilities

This person’s main duties include, however are not restricted to…
 Supporting implementation of new systems, processes and controls
 Documenting procedures and controls
 Regular statistical reporting
 Ensure all Direct Debits from suppliers are posted. Establish controls to
ensure monthly amounts are matched to supplier invoices.
 Manage full P&L of selected client accounts.
 Liaise with clients and necessary internal stake holders.
 Manage unassigned supplier invoices
 Support credit control
 Support GL Accountants

Requirements

 3 years minimum experience in similar role
 Proven experience in an accounts payable or Accounts Receivable role
preferred.
 Above average knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office applications
 Will be able to demonstrate good planning and organisational skills.
