Are you currently working as a Commis or CDP who has had enough of late nights and working weekends? Well, we aim to give you Monday to Friday work with the occasional Weekend work. You will start work at around 0900 and be finished by 1630.

We are currently looking for a Chef de Partie to work at our site in Hatfield University working with a great team providing on site catering for our premier education clients.

The ingredients for success

You will be providing call order meals in the brand-new catering facility on the de Havilland campus, supporting Executive and Head Chef with events and special dining.

What's in it for you

You will be working 35 hours per week on a permanent contract. Your shift times are going to be approximately 0900 starts with a 1630 finish (no late nights or split shifts!). The hourly rate is up to £11.50 and not only that, but you will also be joining a great team, with fabulous career prospect. What you'll be doing

•    To maintain food hygiene, service & presentation to standard
•    Preparing call orders for lunch service, then prepping for next day
•    Deliver first class food throughout service
•    Maintaining a clean and professional kitchen
•    Supporting other team members including training when required

Key Requirements

•    Relevant culinary qualification
•    Passion for excellence and attention to detail
•    Experience of call order food service
