Aramark UK are currently recruiting a talented and dedicated Chef de Partie in their Education sector to join our team at the University of Hertfordshire, College Lane Campus, AL10 9AB.

• Monday to Friday- 35 hours per week shifts between 8am and 4pm 

• Predominantly Monday to Friday with occasional weekend support for events 

• 39 working weeks

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain food hygiene, service & presentation to standard 

• Assist in prep for breakfast & lunch service 

• Make food to recipe 

• Carry out & maintain FIFO stock rotation 

• Assist the Head Chef with stock management  

• Maintain a clean kitchen throughout your working day Assist in food production for hospitality catering bookings   

Key Requirements:

• • Previous catering/ kitchen experience required 
  • Excellent team player  
  • Excellent communication abilities 
  • Understanding of food hygiene and safety procedures
