Aramark UK is looking to hire an experienced and dedicated Hospitality Manager to join the fantastic team at the Hartpury College, GL19 3BE. This is an exciting, permanent and full-time opportunity reporting into our General Manager on site and will assume responsibility for the smooth running of internal and external events and associated hospitality at the College.

A day in the life of a Hospitality Manager:

  • To help organise, plan and co-ordinate hospitality services to be deliver effectively
  • To actively promote all facilities through a range of marketing activities to customers
  • To build and develop relationships with internal colleagues to gain an understanding of Conferences and Hospitality needs and opportunities
  • To carry out accurate administrative duties associated with Conference and Hospitality to include responding promptly to all enquiries, the preparation and issue of quotations, confirmation letters and post event follow up
  • To confidently “up” and “cross” sell to customers prior to sale closure to ensure maximization of opportunities within the venue to add value
  • To work as a team and to contribute to menu concepts and development

You'll be set up for success if you have:

  • A background in food service and hospitality
  • Experience managing a small team and running high volumes
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships
  • A strong team player who has a can-do attitude
